From Logan International Airport:

Follow signs to the Sumner Tunnel/Boston. Go through tunnel, keeping in the left lane. Take a right up the ramp to Route 3/Route 93 North. Follow signs for Back Bay/Storrow Drive (Exit 26, the second exit on the right). Stay to the left and follow the signs onto Storrow Drive (West). Take Exit 28S Copley Square/Back Bay, a left lane exit. Take a left onto Beacon Street. Take a quick (first) right onto Arlington Street. Take the sixth right onto St. James Avenue. Proceed for one block, crossing over Berkeley Street. The building is on the corner of St. James and Berkeley. An entrance to the 222 Berkeley Street/500 Boylston Street parking garage (The Back Bay Garage) is on the right.

From the West on the Massachusetts Turnpike:

Take the Copley Square exit (Dartmouth St.) and follow the signs to Copley Square, bearing left as you come up from the underground ramp. Turn right onto Boylston Street. Continue for one block. Turn right at the intersection of Clarendon and Boylston Streets onto Clarendon St. An entrance to the 222 Berkeley Street/500 Boylston Street parking garage (Back Bay Garage) is on the left.

From the Southeast Expressway (Route 3 and Route 93 North):

Take Exit 17-East Berkeley Street (runs parallel to expressway). At the second set of lights, take a wide left onto East Berkeley Street. Proceed on East Berkeley Street, which becomes Berkeley Street. Turn left at the intersection of St. James Avenue and Berkeley Street onto St. James Avenue. An entrance to the 222 Berkeley Street/500 Boylston Street parking garage (Back Bay Garage) is on the right.

From the North (Route 93 South):

Exit onto Storrow Drive (West). Proceed to Exit 28S Copley Square/Back Bay (left lane exit), keeping to the left. Take a left onto Beacon Street. Take a quick (first) right onto Arlington Street.
